Q: Do you do custom orders? 

A: Not for products, nope, sorry. Occasionally I will work with business/causes that are near and dear to my heart but it's hard to say without knowing more specifics so shoot us a message with the deets of what you were thinking about and we can figure it out!

Q: How long does it take for my order to get shipped out? 

A: Because our items ship from different places - this can vary a little bit. For all stickers, cards, art prints, keychains, postcards, notepads & limited edition goods we try to ship out all orders via USPS within 3 business days after you place your order. 

All apparel, mugs & phone cases are printed on demand and will ship separately from other items in your order. Most print on demand orders are shipped out within 14 business days.

Depending on the season these times can vary (especially around the holidays in November & December) so *PLEASE* email hello@craftboner.com if you need an item before a specific date and we will do out absolute damndest to make it happen.  

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Because we're a reallllly small woman-owned business and many of our products are made to order we don't offer returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item we'll make it right ASAP and offer either a replacement or a refund - just email us at hello@craftboner.com. We're also not monsters so if there's extenuating circumstances you can email us (hello@craftboner.com) and we'll try to work together to find a good solution for all of us.

Q: What happens if my order never shows up?

A: As much as we wish it weren't the case - lost packages happen. If you need to check on the status of your order or you're dealing with a lost package - email us at hello@craftboner.com and we will look into it and make it right. 

Q: Do you sell wholesale? 

A: Absolutely! We love the shops that carry our stuff - if you want to carry our products you can see our entire collection and order online at craftboner.faire.com. Plus you get free Net 60 and a $$$ credit if you're new to Faire!

Q: Where can I find your stuff in real life? 

A: You can see all of our amazing retail partners across the country that carry our products on the IRL page but if you're looking for something specific feel free to contact us. 

Q: Do you collaborate with other makers/shakers/doers? 

A: Definitely! I'm a little bit obsessed with meeting and working with new creative types so unless I'm terrifically swamped with work I love being a part of new and exciting collaborations.

Q: Where the hell do you come up with this stuff? 

A: My mind grapes, mostly. Some of the sayings are an homage to popular TV and movies but mostly my brain is just a real weird and hilarious place to be.
